Our products are tough and durable, and most are heavy. That’s why we do our best to offer reasonable shipping rates for those who shop Gladiator^® products on our site using a variety of delivery methods and agents.

For smaller items such as accessories and other items under 50lbs, these may ship separately using standard shipping methods. These will be shipped using a courier at a flat courier fee. Shipping typically takes 4 to 10 business days, however, it may take longer for outlying areas. Some items will require a signature.

For our larger products, such as Cabinets, Workbenches, Appliances and other large & heavy items, shipment will be made by way of our Home Delivery team.

At checkout, your cart will identify items that will ship separately via courier and/or Home Delivery.

Courier and Home Delivery are based on a flat fee rate (plus applicable taxes).

Gladiator^® ships and delivers across Canada.

Most Small Package shipments will be received within 4-8 business days. Most Home Delivery orders will be received within 7-10 business days. Orders to remote locations may require additional days for delivery.

For returns and refunds, call (844) 907-0954 Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (eastern time) to secure a Return Authorization number. Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Products must be in unused condition and in original packaging material. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Defective merchandise will be handled according to the warranty terms. If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please repackage the product and all accessories that accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials. Returned products with missing accessories will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee is charged to your credit card or deducted from the refund amount on returned products. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges are not refunded.
