The website shows that ordering now guarantees a certain shipping date. I called to confirm and the sales department guaranteed that date. Then I told them to pull out my order, which has been made a month ago, and my delivery date is way past that date. They profusely apologize, blame this and that department, gives this and the other reason for the delay. Meanwhile, i'm still waiting. I wanted to buy more of the same items after this first one, but this experience guarantees that i'm definitely not going to purchase more items from Whirlpool.
